Step into a role where your expertise truly matters! We have an exciting casual opportunity for a Client Support Advisor to join Box Hill Institute. You’ll be the friendly face and trusted expert who ensures our staff and students have the seamless IT experience they need to thrive.

As a Client Support Advisor, you’ll be more than a problem-solver - you’ll create smart, lasting solutions. You’ll deliver fast, professional IT support and provide expert advice that improves systems and processes. Collaboration will be at the heart of your work as you partner with teams and stakeholders to ensure technology runs seamlessly. You’ll keep documentation accurate, champion continuous improvement, and support end-user devices while contributing to projects that enhance the client experience across our campuses.

This role is based at our Box Hill campus and reports to the Supervisor – IT Service Delivery within the Information Technology Services department. The salary is PACCT 3.1, with an hourly rate of $37.57 plus 12% superannuation.

About you:

  • Hold a relevant IT qualification and bring current experience in technology support.
  • Thrive in a team environment, demonstrating strong organisational skills and flexibility during peak periods.
  • Communicate confidently with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable preparing accurate reports and documentation.
  • Victorian Working with Children Check clearance
  • National Police Check clearance
